Passionate About Inspiring Others
As well as being an Executive Coach, I am a Supervisor (of Coaches/Counsellors); a Facilitator/Trainer and published author.
My professional practice sits alongside 30 years leadership and management experience in the public, private and voluntary sectors; with over 20 years working as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist.
I am a Relational Executive Coach/Supervisor who works systemically: working with the whole of you and the world in which you exist.
I am passionate about inspiring and enabling people be the very best they can be. In order to be able to do this successfully I believe that, alongside being committed to my own professional development, I also need to challenge and push myself. As such, in addition to my business experience, I offer the insight and learning gained through physical and sporting challenge: most recently endurance adventure events (off road running, cycling, swimming, kayaking); from a base of competitive rowing, off-shore sailing, sub-aqua diving, windsurfing and hockey.
